To protect your learning rights, please read the rules, payment details and certification standards carefully.
Enrolment Confirmation & Notifications
- Payment processing: handled by association partner ShenZhi Tech Education. It is normal for checkout to redirect to the partner payment system.
- Two-step notifications: video links and instructions sent one month before class; an in-person reminder is sent three days before class.
- Cancellations & postponements: notified by email. If you don't receive an email, please confirm with us.
Certification Standards & Re-take Fees
- Assessment: comprehensive evaluation includes pre-class assignments and a 10-minute teaching demo. A total score of 80 is required to pass.
- Certificates: passing participants are submitted to STEM.org US for review and issued the international instructor certificate (on-chain + paper).
- Re-take: one free re-take for those who don't pass; a second re-take incurs an NT$9,000 administrative fee.
Venue & Organiser's Rights
- Venues are generally the Institute for Information Industry (III), Treerful, TCCC, or Tamkang University Taipei Campus, and are announced at least seven days before class.
- Reserved rights: in case of force majeure, the organiser may revise dates, cancel the course or refuse enrolment.
- Class size: minimum 6 to run, maximum 30. Seats are reserved in order of payment.
Participant Code
- Assignments: complete the online videos and assignments before class. Otherwise you cannot attend the in-person session and must defer to the next cohort.
- In-person attendance: unless you live far away or overseas, please attend the in-person session for the best learning outcome.
- Camera on: cameras must be on for the entire session. One missed roll-call counts as incomplete and forfeits certification.
- Documentation: complete all questionnaires before and after class, otherwise overseas submission cannot proceed and the certificate cannot be issued.
- IP: instructor PPTs are intellectual property and cannot be shared electronically. Thank you for your understanding.
